He Spearheaded practice in the area of Quality Assurance Services, Due Diligence, Internal Audits, Advisory Services to the Mutual funds, Portfolio Managers, Insurance Companies and Other Intermediaries in Capital Market.

He has submitted Research Paper on "Mutual Fund Valuations & Accounting Policies & Practices" to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and was part of the team evolving Guidance Note on Accounting for Investments in the Financial Statements of Mutual Funds by ICAI.

He was member of Secondary Market Advisory Committee of SEBI advising Secondary Market Operations.

He is also a frequent speaker and has conducted workshop of Trustees of Mutual Fund on behalf of SEBI under the aegis of National Institute of Securities Management (NISM).

He is currently Member of the Board of Directors of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited. He was Independent, Non Official Director on the Board of Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. as appointed by Indian Railways. He was also member of Fee Regulatory Authority under Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015. He was Independent Director on Saraswat Cooperative Bank Ltd. 2009- 2011. He has regularly contributed columns and articles in leading regional dailies and is a regular speaker on liberalism and economic reforms, and has participated in the International conferences for the same.

As a part of Social responsibility and Community Service is actively engaged as a Director on the Board of Shushrusha Citizen's Co-operative Hospital, being one of the Mumbai's large and leading Hospitals.

2. MS. SUPRIYA PANSE, PARTNER , B.Com., FCA, DISA(ICAI), Grad CWA, DIP. IFRS (UK) has expertise in Quality Assurance, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, and Large corporate Statutory Audits.
